I got a part from JGP after a popular parts supplier had the only one available for the VRN, but it turned out to be wrong. It showed up quickly (even with those postal strikes going on), and their customer support was quick and effective when I had a question.

Placing an order was a breeze, and the delivery was super quick with solid updates along the way. Even though the fix didn’t pan out (not JGP's fault), they were truly amazing—very understanding, focused on the customer, and totally professional. I’d definitely buy from them again down the line.

"Awesome service and company"
I've shopped with JGP previously for parts for my Audi, specifically a coolant flange and temperature sender, after having a solid chat with them back then. The other choice for the coolant flange would’ve been from the Audi dealership, and it would’ve cost a pretty penny. I went with JGP again for a piece for my VW. Their website made it easy to locate the part I needed. The item I got showed up fast and fit perfectly. All in all, a fantastic place for German car parts with excellent service.
